I have held the role of independent non-executive director (iNED) for 5 years. During that period, I have gained solid corporate governance experience managing a portfolio of mandates in Luxembourg investment funds and other unregulated vehicles investing in private equity, real estate and ESG.

I ensure independent governance, adapting to evolving CSSF circulars and regulations, and perform my role with a high degree of commitment, integrity, and diplomacy.

After more than 18 years of experience in private banking in Luxembourg for several international banks as a wealth manager/senior banker with a focus on corporate finance and in charge of a multicultural team, I created Aeffe Capital S.A., a company focused on financial advisory, capable of executing international and cross-border extraordinary finance transactions. The company intervenes in M&A transactions such as origination/execution, acts as an advisor/arranger in financing and debt restructuring transactions, and supports clients in setting up structures, investment funds, and other non-regulated vehicles available in Luxembourg (RAIF/SIF/holding/GP/PSF).

I have dual citizenship in Luxembourg and Italy. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Naples “Federico II.” I am a Guberna Certified Director (www.guberna.be), an I.L.A. Certified Director(www.ila.lu ), and an ESG advisor Certified by the European Financial Planning Association(www.efpa-eu.org ). I am fluent in Italian, French, and English.
