With over 7 years of experience as an Independent Non-Executive Director (iNED), I have developed strong expertise in corporate governance, managing a diversified portfolio of mandates across Luxembourg investment funds and unregulated vehicles in private equity, real estate, and ESG investments. I provide independent governance fully aligned with evolving CSSF regulations, acting with commitment, integrity, and diplomacy.

After more than 18 years in wealth management in Luxembourg with three leading international banks, where I held senior leadership positions and managed multicultural teams, I founded Aeffe Capital S.A. – a financial advisory firm specialized in international and cross-border corporate finance and extraordinary transactions. We provide M&A origination and execution, advisory and arrangement services for financing and debt restructuring, and support clients in establishing Luxembourg investment structures and funds (RAIF, SIF, SCSp, holding companies, GP, PSF).

I hold dual Luxembourg and Italian citizenship and a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples “Federico II”.
